These terms apply to your use of this website and to the tender support services provided by eTenders.ai. Engagement-specific terms, scope and fees are agreed in writing before work begins and take precedence over this page.
1. Who we are
eTenders.ai is an independent private consultancy. We are not a state entity and are not affiliated with any government agency or with the official Irish eTenders procurement platform.
2. Our services
- Review of a tender opportunity and preparation of a submission-ready response, led by our team with AI-assisted analysis.
- Pre-submission review of a response from multiple evaluator perspectives.
- Daily tender alerts matched to the services you tell us you provide.
3. Engagements and fees
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are confirmed in writing for each engagement. Indicative pricing shown on this website is a guide only and is not an offer or a fixed quotation.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, supporting evidence and documentation on time, and for the final review, approval and submission of any response to the contracting authority. You remain the tenderer of record.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Public procurement outcomes are decided solely by the contracting authority. We do not guarantee that a tender will be shortlisted, scored a particular way, or awarded.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
7. Intellectual property
Website content and our templates, frameworks and methods remain our property. On payment in full, you may use the delivered response material for your own tendering purposes.
8. Alerts free trial
Where a free month of daily tender alerts is offered, it is provided as-is for evaluation purposes and may be ended by either party at any time. Alerts are informational and do not replace your own checks of the official notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost contracts or profits.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
