eTenders.ai is an independent private consultancy based in Ireland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.
1. Information we collect
- Tender enquiries - the name, organisation, email address, tender link and any notes you submit through our contact form.
- Daily alerts onboarding - the organisation and service details you provide so we can match relevant tenders to your capabilities.
- Basic website usage - aggregate, non-identifying data such as pages viewed and referring site.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to assess and prepare tender responses on your behalf, and to send the daily alerts you have asked for. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Confidentiality of tender material
Documents and commercial details you share with us in connection with a tender are treated as confidential and are used solely to deliver the work you have engaged us for.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email adi@etenders.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
