Yes. We are a response service, not a review-only consultancy. We write the answers, method statements, mobilisation, governance, risk and value narratives, then refine each answer against the scoring criteria.
Turnaround depends on complexity, length and deadline. After you send us the tender link we typically reply within 24 hours with an initial bid recommendation and a fixed-fee quote including timing.

Your draft response is pressure-tested through nine specialist evaluator perspectives - compliance, quality, cost, delivery risk, competitor, buyer, viability, outsider and first-principles. Findings are consolidated into a prioritised action plan and a human expert then rewrites and finalises.
Yes, but not extensively. AI is used to accelerate analysis, testing and consistency - it never signs off as the final response. Human tender experts write, judge, select evidence and refine.
You can, and it'll get you partly there. A generic AI tool, if prompted right, can increase the score of your response to 6-7 instead of a 3-4. But unfortunately there is usually only one winning place, and those responses typically score 9.5. This gap is exactly where your generic AI struggles: it can't mirror the buyer's specification language precisely, it will produce the same answers for everyone applying to that tender using untrained AI, and it can invent details that aren't true. We use AI too - but our models are trained over a decade of winning response templates and guidelines, and it sits inside strict guardrails and every AI response is signed off by a human.
Initially, just the tender link and your work email. After the initial assessment we may ask for existing draft content, credentials, case studies, CVs, accreditations and any relevant policies or governance material.
You usually submit through your own procurement portal account. We prepare the response so it is fully submission-ready: compliance-locked, correctly formatted, correctly named and portal-ready.
A fixed fee, agreed before work starts, based on scope. Most one-off single-supplier public tender engagements fall between €2,500 and €8,000, with a fixed win fee ranging from 0-5%. Pricing is confirmed after we review the tender.
Sometimes. It depends on the scope, tender length and how much source material is available. Send us the link - we'll tell you honestly whether we can deliver at the standard we would want to attach our name to.
All information is treated in confidence and used only to assess and support the relevant tender engagement. A detailed data-processing framework sits within the engagement agreement.
